From the young age of 16, Founder and Owner, Steve Grogan, has always had a passion for serving the community. As a volunteer firefighter and 10 plus years of heavy equipment experience, Steve decided to branch out and start a professional underground utility service know as Grogans Communication Contracting, LLC.
